Install & Login Instructions (Tips & Tricks)

Firestick & Android Install & Login Instructions (if you have Roku, just search the store for "ClearChoice MP" and enter your username & pw)

1.) On your Firestick or Android device you will first need to turn on the hidden Developer Options. First go into "Settings", then depending on the type of Firestick, click on either "My Fire TV" or  "Device & Software". Next, click on "About" 7 times to enable the "Developer Options". 2.) Now click on Developer Options and turn ON "Apps from Unknown Sources". 

3.) On the Home screen Search for and Install the "Downloader" app: https://www.alphr.com/install-downloader-fire-stick/

4.) In the Downloader app, Enter a URL or Search Termapp.clearchoice.one

This will auto-download the ClearChoice app (give it time!)

5.) On the Home Screen, navigate to "Your Apps & Channels"

6.) Now open your ClearChoice app!

7.) Enter the Service ID: 804

8.) Enter Your Username and Your Password that was emailed to you on sign up. 

9.) Next you'll see it updating 0-100%...this might take a few minutes. 

10.) Once it's completed updating just click on your name and you're in!

Tips & Tricks!

Toggle View: Make sure you set this to "Full View" so you can see the channel and then what show it currently on.

Favorites: Click up on any channel and then click the heart to save that channel into your Favorites Category.

Search: The easiest way to find a channel, especially a "Regional Local" is to go to the bottom left hamburger menu, then up to "Search" and start typing in what you're looking for. In this example the search is for "Chicago" so it pulls up any Chicago stations.

Soft Reset: If you're having any issues with Channels saying "No Information Available" or your Favorites seem to have disappeared do a quick soft reset. To do this, navigate to the bottom left hamburger menu and then up to your name and click on it. This will do a soft reset of the ClearChoice app and normally clears those things up. 

Health Button: After you do the soft reset and the channel is still not working please click up on the channel and then report it by clicking the "Health" button in the top right corner. 

Adult Content: Adult content is always LOCKED and will need the Parental Code to view. The default Parental Code is 0000. To change this code navigate to the bottom left hamburger menu, click on Settings, then "Change Parental Code". 

Subscription Renewal Date: To view your subscription renewal date, navigate to the bottom left hamburger menu, click on Settings and at the top of the page you will see all of your "General Information": Subscription, Status, Expires, Username, etc.

Smart Phones (Ex: Apple below)

Put this link (gui.clearchoice.one) into your browser of choice on your phone. You just need to enter your credentials from above. Also, once you have navigated to the browser link it's best to "Add to Home Screen" so you can easily get back to it at anytime.

Support: If you are having any issues please enter a support ticket on the website. 

Renewal - when your subscription is over please navigate back to the website and "renew" your subscription instead of creating a new account so you can keep the same username and password.
